***Registering an athlete for MFAS competitive season***
We are proud to introduce our new easy athlete registration. Just download the following registration form, medical release form, and bring them in completed with your $35 registration fee. You can register at any time listed as "Training Hours." Or if those times do not work for you, you can schedule an appointment for a personal evaluation with one of MFAS's elite staff. Just contact us via phone or email at our general information email link. Its as easy as can be!!!
